With a Master of Science in Finance and a background in institutional private banking and business strategy, he pairs commercial rigor with hands-on experience deploying AI around sensitive financial data. He advises Inteliworks on go-to-market strategy and responsible AI implementation in high-trust industries.

Mikael Dubinsky is the Founder and CEO of Northstone Ventures, an AI systems firm serving CPA and tax practices. His work focuses on deploying AI inside businesses that handle sensitive financial data, structuring every implementation around the compliance frameworks those firms operate under, including the FTC Safeguards Rule and GLBA.

He brings an institutional foundation to the advisory role. Mikael holds a Master of Science in Finance and has built his career in private banking and business strategy at a global financial institution, giving him an uncommon mix of commercial discipline, regulatory fluency, and direct experience taking AI systems from scope to deployment.
